Jon brings the experience of a successful insurance career spanning over 30 years. Prior to Jon joining H&S/Alkeme Insurance Services, 9 years ago, he was the COO and Loss Control Officer at a top California specialty workers’ compensation carrier. He has also held management and executive roles in loss control, sales, marketing, and underwriting. His previous experience enables him to bring a unique advantage, perspective, and measurable value to his clients. As a result, he can formulate and negotiate better solutions for his clients that protect their hard-earned business investments. Jon works with clients in many industries including specialty niches in construction, food and hospitality, manufacturing, and motorsports. Jon is very hands on with his clients and works very closely with them regarding safety, Cal/OSHA compliance and claims management.
In 2014 Jon, joined Tim Holland, founder and President of H&S Insurance Services, LLC. Jon and Tim became business partners and continued to push forward using the insurance experience gained over the years to build a strong and thriving insurance agency and deliver stellar service to their clients.
In 2020 opportunity came knocking and H&S Insurance partnered with six other successful independent agencies to form Alkeme Insurance Services. Tim and Jon are part of the original group of founders and today Alkeme generates over $80 plus million in revenue and is ranked #44 largest P&C insurance agencies in the Unites States by the Insurance Journal for 2022.
