As Chief Growth Officer, Troy is focused on organic growth, acquisition strategy, and process modernization. He will work across the firm to drive collective growth and support each team in achieving their long-term growth plans.
Troy brings more than 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, where he has held multiple roles. Starting as an individual producer, he has climbed his way up the value chain, having run multiple divisions, developed dozens of organizational processes, stood up various distribution businesses, his skillsets make him uniquely qualified to take on the role as Chief Growth Officer for Alkeme.
At the onset of his career, Troy spent the first 8 years as a Licensed Agent as a component of his Financial Advisor career at Merrill Lynch & Bank of America. Since that time, he has spent the last 19 years at a Financial Services firm with deep insurance roots, initially with ING Group and subsequently with Voya Financial post divestiture/US IPO. Over the last 10 years, he ran 4 distinct distribution businesses. Troy has been the catalyst for data driven distribution over the last 19 years, where he spent his time leveraging insights to grow and scale various distribution businesses.
