McMichael Insurance provides Personal, Business, Life and Medicare Insurance to clients throughout the United States. We are large enough to insure families and businesses of nearly every size and in every state, yet small enough to care as demonstrated by quickly and efficiently handling every client interaction with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine friendliness. We purposely call all our agency associates Client Experience Managers so that they know they have the empowerment to do whatever it takes to bring first-class service to all our prospects and clients.
Our History
McMichael Insurance was founded by Lester McMichael, who first received his insurance license on December 12, 1975. Lester’s many years of community involvement with the local junior baseball league – serving as president for many years – gave him a great connection to the people of the community. This strong community connection helped launch a successful insurance career, earning him nearly immediate recognition as a sales leader.
Throughout the years McMichael Insurance has continued to grow and add new insurance carriers, transitioning into a premier insurance agency. The agency continues to place a strong emphasis on education and customer service, which were the cornerstone principals that existed since our inception.
The agency experienced rapid growth in the late 2000’s, purchasing the former Ralston Insurance Agency of Portage Lakes and also the Baccellieri Insurance Agency of Uniontown. The agency now has 2 offices, one in Streetsboro and the other in Uniontown.
