Mr. Barton was an original Founder of the ALKEME Insurance and operated as its CEO while the affiliate program was formed. Mr. Barton was integral in managing the merger of 7 entities to form ALKEME and raised the capital to complete the deal. Mr. Barton also worked to find Institutional backing and debt facility.
Previously Mr. Barton founded Venture Pacific Insurance a regional brokerage in southern California which was acquired by ALKEME during the merger. Mr. Barton also Cofounded Brokkrr a digital lead generation insure-tech platform with Anton Rosandic the current COO of ALKEME. Mr. Barton received his BA from the University of Arizona
Mr. Rosandic has been named the Chief Operating Officer of ALKEME. Mr. Rosandic has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mr. Rosandic has experience in all distribution channels of the Insurance industry stretching from his work with Guy Carpenter, Pacific Specialty and most recently at Assured relocation. Mr. Rosandic was the Former COO/Co-Founder of the Fidelity National Property and Casualty Insurance Group where he acquired/formed three property/casualty companies that created numerous product offerings in all 50 states. He took the start-up up from 0 to $625 million in premium. Mr. Rosandic received his BA from UCLA and his JD from USC.
Nathan Morris joins Alkeme with over 24 years of experience in the insurance space. He spent his first 15 years at a large multi-national carrier in both sales and sales leadership roles, eventually being promoted to regional management. After his time in the carrier space, Nathan opted to work in the retail brokerage space, leveraging his previous connections. Nathan spent 8 years at a regional brokerage leading both sales and operations and was instrumental in that brokerage’s acquisition by a national brokerage. Nathan continued to the national brokerage where he joined the management team.
With his experience in multiple roles on both the carrier and brokerage sides of the business, Nathan joins Alkeme Insurance as the Chief Revenue Office. He is responsible for carrier relationships, organic growth, and transitioning new partners onto the Alkeme Insurance platform.
Megvarran brings 20 plus years of experience in accounting and finance. Megvarran’s previous experience includes 9 years in the insurance brokerage space serving as a CFO, a Controller and the Director of Finance at similar private equity backed national insurance agency acquisition platforms.
Prior to his brokerage experience, he held a number accounting and finance positions in for companies on both the provider and payer sides in the healthcare industry.
Megvarran holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
As General Counsel, Jeff Suckiel leads Alkeme’s Legal Department and provides oversight and coordination with outside agencies and counsel on all legal matters affecting the Company and its partners. Jeff serves as an advisor to Alkeme’s Executive Leadership, Board of Directors, and business units on a range of legal, compliance and risk management functions that impact the Company.
Prior to joining Alkeme, Jeff work for a mid-sized regional law firm specializing in the firm’s business and construction law practice. He has represented and worked extensively with companies of all sizes from small privately-held companies to large international corporations in a variety of areas including complex business transactions and claims, regulatory compliance, risk management, employment and litigation matters.
Jeff received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. Jeff is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Orange County Bar Association and is licensed to practice in California State and Federal court.
Jinger is a seasoned human resource professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Her expertise includes strategic human resource planning, leadership development, diversity, employee relations, employee benefits and regulation compliance. She spent the last 5 years as the Director of Human Resources for a large regional insurance brokerage firm. She brings her passion, talent, experience, and tenacity to our firm.
Jinger’s management philosophy is to demonstrate compassion, empathy and encouragement to individuals and conditions while maintaining the objectives and goals of the business. Jinger is a member of The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She also serves on the Board of Directors of Big Hearts for Little Hearts Riverside Guild supporting Loma Linda Children’s Hospital.
Jared has 20 years of specialty insurance brokerage experience, which began with Aon’s Albert G. Ruben Entertainment Practice where he was trained in all divisions within the firm. This entry into the world of entertainment insurance developed Jared’s passion for innovation and creative solutions.
Throughout his career, Jared has held numerous, high profile positions within some of the largest Global Brokers; including Wells Fargo Insurance, Marsh, and Lockton. Jared served as Managing Director & Gaming Practice Leader for Wells Fargo Insurance Services, where he built and held full executive management responsibility for the company’s property & casualty and employee benefits operation in the State of Nevada. While at Marsh, Jared served as the National Gaming Practice Leader. In this role, he provided C-Level industry expertise in order to support all of the national sales efforts. Immediately following his tenure with Marsh, Jared transitioned to Lockton and served as their Global Gaming, Entertainment, & Sports Practice Leader.
Jared’s business acumen and industry expertise has allowed him to be recognized as an innovative thought leader in development of manuscript insurance programs. In addition to his experience in executive and operational management, he possesses the capability of effectively aligning people and inspiring teams to perform at their peak levels.
After spending years with global insurance brokerages, Jared now dedicates his passion, vision, and creativity into developing purpose driven insurance programs to serve niche industries.
With a specialized operational and risk management background tailored to the entertainment, gaming, hospitality, sports, and tribal industries, Jared has provided risk management services for a client list which includes major casinos, hotels, Native American tribes, major Hollywood movie studios, professional leagues/teams, actors, athletes, music touring groups, racetracks, and advertising agencies.
Jared was named as an industry Power Broker® by Risk & Insurance® magazine in 2013.
Jared graduated from Creighton University with his bachelor’s degree in Business and his Juris Doctor, as part of Creighton’s prestigious 3/3 program.
