About N.A.P.

An automotive program, run by people who know the work.

Our mission is to make it easy for owners and employees to find customized insurance solutions and competitive pricing for the automotive industry.

National Automotive Programs is an insurance program from ALKEME Insurance Services built for the automotive aftermarket: independent parts stores, repair and service shops, collision centers, heavy-truck service and towing businesses across the U.S.

The idea is simple. A shop owner should not have to manage five agents for five kinds of insurance. One person — your Chief Insurance Officer — looks after the business policies, the employee benefits and, if you want it, your own family’s coverage, and is the one you call when something happens.

Behind that one contact are in-house risk management services, so the program is built around how your shop really runs.

We place coverage for parts stores, repair and service shops, collision centers, heavy-truck operations and tow yards in nearly every state. That is the whole business.

We do not do it alongside forty other industries, which is why we know what a garagekeepers policy misses, what a tow operator gets wrong on radius, and what happens to a shop’s work comp when the apprentice headcount moves.
