Founded in 1987, the Chergey Insurance was started by Richard Chergey for the commercial brokerage, custom created on the basic philosophy that the carrier does not pay us, the client actually does. This type of mindset has shaped the agency from the initial day, starting towards focusing on industries like the automotive industry before going into a wider scope like commercial coverage. Today, based out of Thousand Oaks, California, we have a fully dedicated automotive insurance franchise and are used by the towing companies, truck/auto dealerships, body shops, and repair shops across different states and beyond.
We believe in the expertise, as one industry will be able to beat those average industries under one spectrum. By providing focus on just the automotive sector, we have inculcated a great knowledge that those generalized competitors will not be able to match, thus allowing for building coverage around for protection of dealerships, shops, or your fleet.
